First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests two updated spinal stimulation devices in 10 healthy adults to see how they compare to the current device. Participants lie on their back while electrodes on the spine send mild electrical pulses, and leg muscle activity is measured. The goal is to improve devices for future spinal cord injury research, but there is no direct treatment benefit for participants.
