Summary
This study follows 100 people aged 12 to 25 who are at high risk for psychosis to see if a step-based care program helps them recover and stay well. Researchers will track whether symptoms and daily functioning improve over time. The goal is to learn how well this clinical service works, not to test a new drug or cure.
