First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests if a special stent placed through an endoscope can reverse a gastric bypass in people who have serious complications like low blood sugar, blockages, or liver problems. The goal is to see if this less invasive approach works as well as surgery. About 20 adults who need a bypass reversal will be followed for 6 months to check if their symptoms improve.
