Stent-Free kidney stone surgery: a game changer?

Summary
This study looks at whether it's better to leave out a small tube (stent) after kidney stone removal. About 792 adults with small stones will either get a stent or not, and researchers will track pain and any extra doctor visits. The goal is to see if skipping the stent reduces discomfort without causing more problems.
