Summary
This study tests a vaccine called STEMVAC in people with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread. The vaccine is designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. It is given along with standard hormone therapy, a targeted drug, or chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer.
