Summary
This study tests whether injecting stem cells from donated fat tissue can help men recover the ability to have erections after prostate cancer surgery. Forty men aged 40 to 70 with early-stage prostate cancer will receive either stem cells or a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and improves erectile function and quality of life.
