Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from umbilical cords can safely reduce long-term low back pain caused by damaged spinal discs. About 242 adults with pain lasting over 6 months will receive either stem cells or a control treatment. Researchers will measure pain relief and function over 24 weeks.
