Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new stem cell treatment for patients with a severe complication called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) that doesn't respond to standard steroid treatment. The study will give 12 patients lab-grown stem cells derived from human stem cells to see if the treatment is safe and if it helps control the disease. Researchers will monitor patients closely for side effects and check if their GVHD symptoms improve.
