Summary
This study is testing whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords are safe and can help women with premature ovarian failure (early menopause). It involves 12 participants and compares different ways of giving the stem cells. The goal is to see if this treatment can improve menstrual cycles and hormone levels better than stopping standard hormone therapy.
