Summary
This study is testing whether stem cells from umbilical cords can help women with early menopause (premature ovarian insufficiency). Researchers are comparing stem cell injections to standard hormone therapy to see if they can safely restore menstrual cycles and improve hormone levels. The trial is currently suspended and was small, involving only 12 participants.
