Summary
This early-stage study tested whether a patient's own fat-derived stem cells could be a safe and helpful treatment for Alzheimer's disease. The main goal was to check for safety by giving participants four infusions of their cells. Researchers also wanted to see if the treatment could reduce brain inflammation and improve memory or daily function.
