NCT ID NCT06918808
Summary
This study is testing whether a product made from stem cells (DB-3Q) can help heal painful fistulas in people with Crohn's disease. It is for adults whose fistulas have not improved with standard medications or surgery. The goal is to see if injections of this product are safe and can close the fistulas, as measured by both physical exam and MRI scans.
