Summary
This study aims to find the best timing for giving extra donor immune cells after a stem cell transplant for people with hard-to-treat blood cancers like leukemia. Researchers will compare giving these cells preventively versus waiting and giving them only if early signs of cancer return are detected. The goal is to reduce cancer relapse rates and improve survival while managing side effects.
