Summary

This study tests a treatment for people with severe Crohn's disease that hasn't responded to other therapies. It uses high-dose chemotherapy followed by a transplant of the patient's own specially selected stem cells. The goal is to see if this approach can safely control the disease and reduce symptoms. The study includes 20 patients aged 10 to 60.
