Summary

This study aimed to test a stem cell transplant approach for people aged 3 to 40 with severe combined immune deficiency (SCID). Participants would receive low-dose chemotherapy with or without radiation before the transplant to help their bodies accept donor cells. The trial was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
