Summary
This program provides expanded access to a special method of preparing stem cells for transplant. It is designed for patients with severe immune deficiencies, sickle cell disease, and other conditions where a standard transplant carries high risks. The process aims to reduce a dangerous complication called graft-versus-host disease by filtering out certain immune cells before the transplant.
