Could a simple timing change protect transplant patients?

NCT ID NCT06294678

Summary

This study is testing whether the time of day a patient receives donor stem cells can reduce the risk of a dangerous immune reaction called acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). It involves about 200 people with blood cancers who are getting a stem cell transplant. Researchers are comparing outcomes for patients who get their stem cell infusion at different times to see if timing helps prevent this serious complication.
