Summary
This study is testing whether adding umbilical cord stem cells or their secretions to standard care can help people with severe lung injury (ARDS) caused by pneumonia-related sepsis. The goal is to see if these treatments can shorten hospital stays and lower the risk of death. The trial is in early phases and will enroll 15 adults aged 40 and older.
