Summary
This study tests whether a patient's own stem cells can safely slow the progression of Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and severe brain disorder. Fifty adults aged 35 to 65 with MSA will receive either the stem cell treatment or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the therapy improves movement, daily function, and quality of life.
