NCT ID NCT06326203
First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests a new stem cell treatment for people with severe leg artery disease and hard-to-heal ulcers. Researchers will take a small amount of fat tissue from each patient, grow stem cells from it, and inject them around the wound. They will also apply a special stem-cell bandage. The goal is to see if this treatment can heal ulcers and prevent major amputation better than standard wound care. The trial involves 40 adults and will monitor them for 120 days.
