Summary
This early-stage study tests whether injecting stem cells from umbilical cords into damaged spinal discs can help repair them. The goal is to reduce pain and improve disc health in 20 adults with a single herniated disc who haven't improved with other treatments. Researchers will track changes on MRI scans and pain levels for one year.
