First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a drug called Plerixafor to see if it can mobilize the body's own bone marrow stem cells to repair the uterine lining. It includes 90 women aged 18-40 with Asherman's syndrome, thin uterine lining, or repeated IVF failure. The goal is to increase endometrial thickness and improve pregnancy rates.
