Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a combination of a special liquid (conditioned medium) given through the nose plus umbilical cord stem cells injected into the brain can help repair damage from a recent ischemic stroke. The study involves 15 adults aged 25-60 with moderate to severe stroke symptoms. Researchers will measure changes in brain healing markers and imaging over 6 months.
