First seen Mar 14, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a patient's own stem cells, injected into the spinal fluid, can repair nerve damage caused by progressive multiple sclerosis (MS). The trial involves 18 adults with secondary or primary progressive MS. Researchers will measure changes in nerve signals and use MRI scans to see if the treatment is safe and shows signs of helping.
