Summary
This study tests a one-time injection of retinal cells made from stem cells (DSP-3077) into the eye of 12 adults with retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic condition that causes gradual vision loss. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and tolerable. Participants are grouped by their current vision level and receive a specific dose of the cell sheet.
