Summary

This study tests a one-time injection of retinal sheets made from stem cells into the eye of 12 adults with retinitis pigmentosa, a genetic condition that causes progressive vision loss. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and tolerable. Participants are grouped by their current vision level and receive different doses.
