First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested whether a drug called GPC-100, combined with propranolol and sometimes with G-CSF, can help collect enough stem cells for transplant in people with multiple myeloma. About 30 patients were split into two groups to compare the combinations. The goal was to see if the new approach works safely and effectively for stem cell collection before an autologous transplant.
