Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a cream containing stem cell secretome and licorice root extract could safely improve vaginal laxity (looseness) in women aged 40 to 55 in Malaysia. Over 5 weeks, researchers measured changes in vaginal tightness using a questionnaire and a pressure device. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
