Summary
This study tested whether a one-time injection of a patient's own regenerative cells, taken from belly fat, could improve erectile function in men who developed persistent erectile dysfunction after prostate removal surgery for cancer. 70 men participated, with half receiving the cell injection and half receiving a placebo injection. Researchers measured changes in erection quality and sexual function over 12 months using questionnaires and a sleep monitoring device.
