Scientists hunt clues to make stem cell therapy work better for liver patients
NCT ID NCT07198854
Summary
This study looks back at past patients with severe liver failure caused by Hepatitis B who received stem cell (MSC) treatments. Researchers will analyze the medical records of 446 patients to understand why some people improved with the treatment while others did not. The goal is to identify which factors make the stem cell therapy more effective, so doctors can better select patients for future treatment.
