Summary
This early-phase study tests whether stem cell eye drops can help people with dry eye disease who did not get better with standard artificial tears. Ten women aged 40-60 will use the drops twice daily for two weeks and be followed for three months. The study aims to see if the drops improve symptoms and are safe.
