First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a stellate ganglion block (a nerve injection) added to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve movement and quality of life in stroke patients who develop complex regional pain syndrome. About 32 adults aged 18-75 with moderate to severe pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this procedure offers extra relief beyond therapy alone.
