New immunotherapy combo aims to control advanced colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests a new immunotherapy called STC-1010 combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the cancer longer. About 90 adults aged 18-75 will take part in Europe and the US.
