New immunotherapy combo shows promise against tough colorectal cancers

Summary
This study tests a new immunotherapy drug (STC-1010) combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the cancer longer. About 90 adults aged 18-75 will participate across Europe and the US.
