Summary
This study tests a minimally invasive procedure to open narrowed veins above the heart in adults who feel dizzy or faint when standing. The goal is to improve blood flow and reduce symptoms. 100 adults aged 18 and older who have not been helped by standard treatments will be enrolled and followed for 2 years.
