First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a standard, step-by-step method for giving blood thinner shots (low-molecular-weight heparin) can reduce bruising and pain in heart patients. About 180 people in cardiac care units who need these shots twice a day will take part. The goal is to find a consistent best practice that improves patient comfort.
