Summary
This study tested a 16-hour training program called SPECTROM for staff and caregivers who work with adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health disorders. The goal was to see if the training improved their knowledge about medications and their attitudes toward managing challenging behaviors. Fifty-five participants completed assessments before and after the training to measure these changes.
