Summary

This completed study tested a 16-hour training program called SPECTROM for staff and caregivers who work with adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health disorders. The training focused on managing challenging behaviors. Researchers measured changes in participants' knowledge and attitudes before and after the training using two questionnaires.
