NCT ID NCT07349342
First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at how stable (like regular weightlifting) and unstable (using things like balance balls) resistance training affect physical fitness, blood fats, and kidney function in healthy young men who don't usually exercise. Fifty-four volunteers will be split into three groups: stable training, unstable training, or no exercise. The goal is to see which type of training leads to better health markers, such as cholesterol and kidney tests.
