First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ST-067) to standard CAR T-cell therapy can improve outcomes for people with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 33 adults will receive the combination to evaluate safety, the best dose, and how well it works. The goal is to help the immune system better recognize and destroy cancer cells.
