First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested whether giving testosterone skin patches in cycles with the drug enzalutamide is possible and safe for men with castration-resistant prostate cancer. Thirty men on standard hormone therapy participated. The goal was to see if at least half of eligible patients would join and stay in the study, and to track any side effects.
