Summary
This study compares two types of balance exercises—square stepping and wobble board—in older adults aged 60 and above. The goal is to see which exercise better improves thinking skills, balance, and reduces the fear of falling. Thirty-eight participants will be assigned to one of the two exercise groups, and their progress will be measured using standard balance and memory tests.
