New depression drug SPT-300 moves to safety check in 360 adults

Summary
This study tests the safety of a new drug called SPT-300 in adults with major depression, with or without anxious distress. About 360 people who finished a previous SPT-300 study will take the drug for 6 weeks. Researchers will monitor side effects and overall safety.
