Summary

This study looks at whether two types of spiritual care can help people with advanced cancer feel better spiritually and use healthcare services differently. About 288 patients from religious communities will take part. Researchers will measure spiritual well-being, quality of life, and how often patients go to the hospital or enroll in hospice.
