Summary
This study enrolls 250 adults with long-term low back pain who may be at risk for axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), a condition that often takes years to diagnose. Researchers will track participants to better understand early disease signs and test whether a physiotherapist-led exercise program can help. The goal is to reduce diagnostic delays and improve quality of life.
