Summary
This study enrolls 250 people with long-term back pain who may have early axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA), a condition that often takes years to diagnose. Researchers will track participants to learn how the disease progresses and test whether early physiotherapy can improve outcomes. The goal is to reduce diagnostic delays and start treatment sooner.
