Smart spinal device offers new hope for stubborn pelvic pain

NCT ID NCT06377969

Summary

This study is testing a newer, 'closed-loop' spinal cord stimulator for people with long-term pelvic pain that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The device automatically adjusts its electrical pulses based on real-time feedback from the spinal cord. Researchers will measure if this 'smart' approach is safe and better at reducing pain and improving daily life for 10 participants.
