New back pain injection tested against standard treatment
NCT ID NCT07445477
Summary
This study compared two different types of injections for people with ongoing lower back and leg pain caused by spinal narrowing. Thirty patients who hadn't gotten better with standard treatments received either a newer ultrasound-guided injection or a traditional steroid injection. Researchers measured their pain levels, walking ability, and overall function over eight weeks to see which method worked better.
