New device aims to improve spinal fusion without bone graft

Summary
This study tests a new medical device for people needing spinal fusion surgery in the lower back due to disc problems or spine deformity. About 140 participants will receive either the new device or a standard bone graft to see which is safer and better at helping bones fuse together. The main goal is to check bone healing and any side effects up to 12 months after surgery.
