Summary

This study is testing a new type of spinal cord stimulator for people with chronic pain in their back or limbs. The device is 'closed-loop,' meaning it automatically adjusts its electrical pulses based on real-time nerve activity it detects. Researchers will enroll 250 participants to see if using these nerve activity measurements helps guide better pain treatment and improves pain scores and quality of life.
